The newest revolution in tea making and a current trend, The tea is first roasted in small pots, which are heated in the tandoor and then the tea is poured into these preheated clay pots.

They serve it in these cute little matkas that are adorable. Coming onto the chai, I'm personally not a chai lover but I loved it.  its not the authentic matka chai as shown in facebook videos. They just make the tea in regular chai pots and pour it in the matkas as

Yummy.... Whenever i have seen the Fleming pasta dish my mouthwatering started. I had a chance ti visit on Galito's flame grilled chicken Lahore with family for lunch. we ordered our favorite things and that was so delicious food available in different sauce. We eat it and happily going toward our destination. In different sauce for different type of flaming pasta lovers.

 Flaming_Pasta has been cocked in whiskey in a Chinese wheel with the small pieces of meat.

Ginyaki is a famous Chinese food parlor in Islamabad. It is located in F 7 Markaz Islamabad. Its famous just because of their food quality and food taste. According to their customer needs and demand they make their food dishes. Chinese lovers went that place whenever they feel happy or celebrate their happiness with their family or friends. I also like Fried_Rice with the combo of Chicken_Manchurian and Pepper_Chicken. Its really tasty dish of this restaurant. Almost everything is quite delicious but personally, i like  Fried_ rice. 

Whenever anybody come in to Islamabad they must visit at Ginkyaki to taste there delicious fast food  they must like it came again in many times. It is for all ages to eat the Fried_Rice. 

The best and wallet friendly Chinese food parlor. There is wait time for dinner hours but It is the  worth of wait. The place is comfortable for Customers and the best thing about Ginyaki is that they have maintained their food quality and did not compromised on it.

2:Kim_Mun:

Its also a famous food parlor in Islamabad. It is located in Centaurus and nearby areas in Islamabad. Its a Chinese restaurant and its food sell because of their delicious taste and is regarded as a best fast food restaurant in Islamabad. I also recommended this place for people  who like Chinese food. I had the roasted chicken with mixed vegetables and egg Fried_Rice. 

 When you live near a Chinese food parlor and you have a crave to eat fast food with reasonable cost u won't loss this opportunity. Kim mun is the best in taste and prepare delicious dishes for their daily and new customers. Rice with pepper chicken and chicken speghity.

My passion for baking

- A story based on my personal life. 💫

When I was a little kid, I used to help my mother in the kitchen. Watching her cook/bake since I was a kid, made me want to try out. So here I am, after more than a decade, writing about what inspires me to bake and why I love baking so much. 👩‍🍳

I used to watch baking tutorials and then try them with the intention that this time it'll be my perfect experiment Insha-Allah, but sadly it never work out lol, okay so I took baking classes for one month and then finally my dream for better baking came true. So this is not about I'm a great baker, as I am not there yet. 

Gradually baking turned into my passion

The interesting thing about having a passion is you never seem to run out of things to say.

Baking, more than any other culinary endeavor, requires a special kind of person. It is not enough to follow a recipe exactly, nor will it do to have a lovely looking treat that tastes sub-par. Bakers need to be lovable, their treats filled with the passion they have for creating a smile on someone’s face. That passion to create a moment of happiness with a sweet treat

That was my first attempt
To try a doll cake.

 I love walking down the baking isle in the super market and seeing all the different ingredients and cool pans to make shapes and the decorations like sprinkles or icing and just thinking in my head of all the possibilities of what I could create next. Things come in so many different flavors, colors, shapes, and sizes it is almost overwhelming times, yet at the same time I love it. I love the different smells of cinnamon, almond extract, and vanilla extract. There are so many different combinations of ingredients and I think that is one thing that I love, I just throw ingredients into a bowl (okay I do not just throw them together, it is a little more complicated) and come out with something I can enjoy.

Baking is an art full of creativity, where you dance in your kitchen, mix your imagination with a twist and put together a delicious meal…

I love baking, it's the most calming & fun thing for me. It's therapeutic, it makes  the house smell good.

Ramazan, rain, summer vacation and Pakoray, these are a few of my favourite things.

Yes, pakoray and Ramazan go hand in hand, as does rain and pakoray, and since this year Ramzan coincides with the monsoon season, how can I not break into a song.

I don’t know if it's the season that makes me happy, or my childhood memories that come with the joys of eating pakoray come iftar time. Ammi always had a pakora platter ready at maghrib in Ramazan, and since fussy me did not appreciate the vegetable pakora platter, until much later in life.

 

If you grew up in Pakistan or North India you obviously know what a pakora is, it is the quintessential desi snack found in every street corner, summer or winter. The pakora is a popular street food but in a desi household, the pakora is very much a homemade food as well.

It became a street food, affordable, quick and scrumptious and in doing so also became a sumptuous snack to be enjoyed at iftar time.

When breaking fast people in the subcontinent have trained their taste buds to savour fried and battered delicacies, hence the pakora is a must iftar treat, almost as much as the khajoor (date).

Come Ramazan or not, my household remains in a constant state of pakora frenzy.
