My passion for baking

When I was a little kid, I used to help my mother in the kitchen. Watching her cook/bake since I was a kid, made me want to try out. So here I am, after more than a decade, writing about what inspires me to bake and why I love baking so much. 👩🍳
I used to watch baking tutorials and then try them with the intention that this time it'll be my perfect experiment Insha-Allah, but sadly it never work out lol, okay so I took baking classes for one month and then finally my dream for better baking came true. So this is not about I'm a great baker, as I am not there yet.
Gradually baking turned into my passion
The interesting thing about having a passion is you never seem to run out of things to say.
Baking, more than any other culinary endeavor, requires a special kind of person. It is not enough to follow a recipe exactly, nor will it do to have a lovely looking treat that tastes sub-par. Bakers need to be lovable, their treats filled with the passion they have for creating a smile on someone’s face. That passion to create a moment of happiness with a sweet treat

I love walking down the baking isle in the super market and seeing all the different ingredients and cool pans to make shapes and the decorations like sprinkles or icing and just thinking in my head of all the possibilities of what I could create next. Things come in so many different flavors, colors, shapes, and sizes it is almost overwhelming times, yet at the same time I love it. I love the different smells of cinnamon, almond extract, and vanilla extract. There are so many different combinations of ingredients and I think that is one thing that I love, I just throw ingredients into a bowl (okay I do not just throw them together, it is a little more complicated) and come out with something I can enjoy.

I love baking, it's the most calming & fun thing for me. It's therapeutic, it makes the house smell good.
